1987
- Educational knowledge gains scale through learning systems.
2007
- Pioneering the capital markets as the first Brazilian education company to conduct an IPO.
2008
- Expansion into premium, bilingual and international education begins.
2009
- Pueri Domus schools are acquired: the first school in São Paulo to receive IB certification.
2010
- The COC brand is sold. The transaction marks an important transformation in the company's strategic direction.
2015
- New strategic plan for Basic Education.
- Esfera International School (now Sphere) is acquired.
2016
- Institutional repositioning and the opening of Concept School.
2017
- Maple Bear Brazil is acquired, becoming the brand's master franchisee in Brazil and Latin America.
2019
- Maple Bear LATAM is acquired.
2020
- Maple Bear Global Schools is acquired.
2021
- Carolina Patrício Schools are acquired.
2023
- Launch of the Learning Ecosystem and Return on Learning metrics.
2024
- New governance model and expansion of the ecosystem: 100% ownership of Maple Bear.
- Launch of the Learning Design Hub.
